The inspiration came from a family owned transport company when we used to travel Cross Border. Working for the business at the time we dealt first hand with the issues and hassles to get all your paperwork done and ready in time. That’s where the inspiration came to help other companies travel cross border stress and hassle free, understanding the pressure of your turnaround times, Wakati Cross Border Permits opened its doors in 2009.

Taken from the Swahili language we chose this unique and meaningful name - "Wakati" means time and in today's busy life we understand that "Time is Money"!
